Danielle

LMFT

Telehealth and/or in person.

I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University in 2018 and have over seven years of experience working in outpatient mental health programs serving the forensic population. My work has included supporting men and women who have been incarcerated, are on probation and/or parole, and who have experienced chronic homelessness. I also have experience working with women who were incarcerated during pregnancy, helping them transition back into the community and into motherhood.

I have worked with individuals experiencing a wide range of concerns, including addiction, depression, anxiety, PTSD, trauma, past sexual abuse, life transitions, relationship and family challenges, self-esteem issues, self-harm behaviors, and grief and loss. I believe there is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy, and I tailor my work to meet each client’s unique needs. My therapeutic style integrates client-centered, narrative, cognitive behavioral, dialectical behavioral, and mindfulness-based approaches.

My role in the therapeutic process is to support clients in improving their overall quality of life. You are the expert in your own life, and I am here to walk alongside you as you navigate challenges, build insight, and develop tools to move toward meaningful change. I specialize in addiction, with a focus on substance use, and I value creating a collaborative, respectful, and supportive space for growth.
